Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Scribe Journal. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may return your journal within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
